Plutôt qu'une simple compilation de succès, ce recueil construit un portrait vivant du groupe en concert, montrant l'évolution des setlists, des arrangements et des formations au fil des années, des salles et des pays. L'auditeur peut entendre comment les pièces emblématiques et le répertoire plus récent se transforment au gré des tournées, illustrant la manière dont King Crimson se réinvente constamment sur scène. Le son est direct, puissant et immersif, capturant au plus près l'atmosphère des concerts récents du groupe.
